Refund Policy

At Organic Side, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, please review our refund policy below.

1. Returns

Under UK consumer law, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • items must be unworn, unused and unwashed,
  • items must be returned in their original condition,
  • all tags and packaging must be included.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless faulty:

  • custom-made or personalised items,
  • made-to-order garments,
  • gift cards,
  • items marked as final sale.

3. Return Process

Please include:

  • your order number,
  • the item(s) you wish to return,
  • the reason for the return.

Once your return request is approved, return instructions will be provided.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • your order number,
  • photos of the issue,
  • a brief description.

We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

7. Exchanges

We currently do not guarantee direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or colour, we recommend placing a new order once your return has been approved.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the stated processing period, please:

  • check your bank account,
  • contact your payment provider,
  • contact your bank.
