Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.

Some items may be handmade, made-to-order or customised, which may require additional processing time. Estimated production times will be indicated where applicable.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United Kingdom and selected international countries.

If your location is unavailable at checkout, please contact us before placing an order.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated shipping times:

  • United Kingdom: 2–7 business days
  • Europe: 5–10 business days
  • International: 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, courier delays or seasonal demand.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected shipping method.

Any applicable customs duties, taxes or import fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact details.

We are not responsible for delays, lost parcels or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect address information.

7. Delays

While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • customs clearance,
  • courier disruptions,
  • weather conditions,
  • public holidays,
  • events outside our reasonable control.

8. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and relevant photos where applicable.

We will work with the shipping provider to assist in resolving the issue.
